NYITA Nomination

I am happy to announce that our production of The Maids with The Seeing Place Theater has been nominated for three New York Innovative Theatre Awards! Our nominations are Outstanding Revival of a Play, Outstanding Ensemble as well as my personal nomination for Outstanding Actress in a Lead Role!  We poured our hearts out into this production and I am honoured that our hard work in this challenging play is being recognised.

The NYIT Awards have celebrated the vibrant and creative theatre community for the past 15 years. The official announcement took place at (Le) Poisson Rouge by six celebrated artists and producers from the community: Jazmyn Arroyo, Jennifer Betite Yen, Iyvon Edebiri, Chris Ignacio, Ashley Rogers, and Erez Ziv.
